This cake is still my favoitte creation. Layer of sponge, then a strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry sauce, then a layer of sponge, frosted with whipped cream cheese frosting, piped with a little chocolate ganache, and covered in fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries
Strawberry shortcake biscuits I made for California week in class. The recipe called for cornmeal, so it had a nice texture to it. Topped with fresh whip cream and sliced strawberries.

Monterey Chile Polenta with Poblano Jack cheese on top. The triangular ones are normal, but the three cancerous tumors in the middle are stuffed with goat cheese and guacamole. Its california week!
